Ms. Jessica Li

Jessica Li assumed the role of acting product director of Global Force Information Management (GFIM), a product office within PEO Enterprise’s Army Data and Analytics Platforms (ARDAP) portfolio, in May 2025.

In this role, she is responsible for overseeing the GFIM program, a cloud-based, transactional suite of applications that leverages best-of-breed technology to support commanders at all levels — from tactical to strategic. GFIM enables commanders to plan, program and produce authoritative Global Force Management data, which is crucial for the Army’s Deploy to Redeploy and Retrograde business processes.

Prior to stepping up as acting product director, Li served as deputy product director for GFIM since October 2023.

Li’s Army career spans more than five years of service as a defense contractor and as a Department of Defense (DOD) civilian. She previously supported PEO Enterprise’s General Fund Enterprise Buisness System (GFEBS). While there, she was the audit division chief in charge of overseeing and managing the internal audit function within the organization.

Li earned a bachelor’s degree in computer information systems from James Madison University in Harrisonburg, Virginia. She also holds Certified Information Systems Auditor certification from ISACA.
